It dissolves slowly in cold water or is almost insoluble in water (depending on its composition), and insoluble in ethanol. The higher the modulus, the higher the viscosity and strength of potassium water glass, but the dissolving ability in water decreases; The smaller the module, the better the film-forming properties of the water glass.

Performance and Applications: This product is mainly used in dyes, fire retardants, welding rod adhesives, coating adhesives, and concrete sealing and curing agents. It can also be used in the production of soaps, detergents, pharmaceuticals, refractory materials, and other fine chemical products.
